For each home inspection, we methodically go through the major components of the home, including inspecting the structural, grading, driveway & other concrete flatwork, exterior envelope, roof, flashing, chimney, attic, insulation, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, testing the mechanicals-furnace, heat pump, and A/C, and the interior. When completed, we explain the issues to you, answer any questions you may have, and provide a detailed inspection report.

Every home inspection is conducted according to the strict NAHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. On average, the home inspection will take 3 hours. Cleaner homes may take less time, while houses with many serious issues may take up to 5 hours. Each inspection report will explain in detail, complete with digital photos, any and all defects found. Included in the report is the summary page that breaks down the important findings into Safety Concerns, Maintenance Issues/Corrections Recommended, Further Evaluation by a Professional, and Recommended Upgrades. The report is provided same-day via e-mail to you and your real estate agent.
Radon Testing in Nebraska
We are a Nebraska licensed Radon Measurement Business and provide radon testing as an additional service with our home inspections or as a separate stand-alone test. We use continous monitors with tamper features to ensure that your radon test is accurate and adhering to the EPA's closed house conditions. We are our own lab meaning we can provide instant radon test results upon retrieval of the monitor. There is no waiting a few days to hear back from a lab. We also are not a radon mitigation company making our tests 100% objective.
