
What is a CERTIFIED HOME?
A CERTIFIED HOME is a marketing program that gives Seller's the edge over the competition and the Buyers peace of mind. Each home that goes through the Certified program is pre-inspected by Greg Wayman, a NAHI Certified Inspector.
What's Included?
The inspection report is showcased to any prospective Buyers at the property and on-line. The Sellers have the freedom to address any repairs on their time and can choose who performs the work. Repair receipts and estimates of repair will be provided at the property as they are addressed. An appraisal report or comparables pulled by the Listing Agent are made available at the property along with copies of utility bills over the previous year. After the home inspection, the Seller will receive a 120-day home warranty. After an offer is accepted, I will re-inspect any repairs made and issue a 90-day home warranty to the Buyer.
