Each inspection is conducted according to the strict NAHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. The areas of the building found in the "Items" category above are visually inspected as long as they are readily accessible. The "Systems" & "Components" categories are operated & tested so long as they are hooked up, relevant pilot lights are on, and weather permitting.Our service area includes the Omaha, Lincoln, Council Bluffs, and all of the smaller cities/towns in the surrounding Eastern Nebraska/Western Iowa area.
